WLED Controller (WLAN/Wi-Fi) V0.10
WLED Controller (Wi-Fi) for driving thousands of addressable LED/Neopixel using the marvelous open-source WLED software. 5V/12V/24V compatible, for use with WS281x, SK6812, APA102, WS2801, SK9822, etc.
WLED Pixel Controller (Wi-Fi) to control addressable LED/Neopixels with the marvelous WLED. Since the Controller is open-source hardware (CC-BY-NC-SA 4.0), it can also be used with any other firmware. What WLED can do can be seen on the WLED Youtube channel.cod.m supports the development of WLED with monthly donations via Github-Sponsors.Features Ready for operation due to already installed WLED Suitable for 5V, 12V and 24V installations without additional voltage converter or configurationUp to four lines of 1000 LEDs each ESP32 (4MB) based, real 74AHCT125D level shifter Additional connections on the back of the board Detailed manual and wiring diagram Compact design in small housing (72 x 30 x 16mm) Connection via 4-pole screw terminal block Reverse polarity protectionSelf-programmable if required, flash/reset button available on board Open-source hardware (CC-BY-NC-SA 4.0) Made in Germany CE, RoHS, WEEEAll instructions, connection diagrams, version differences and background information can be found in our new cod.m Knowledge Base: WLED Controller. The complete history and technical basics can be read in the blog: https://allgeek.de/2021/03/25/wled-wlan-pixel-controller/ (German)WS2812/SK6812: WS2811, WS2812(B), Neopixel, WS2813, SK6812 and compatible. For pixel types with only one data line.WS2815: 12V strip that, unlike WS2812 12V, can drive each LED individually.WS2814: Controlled as SK6812 RGBW and changed colour order as well as white channel and green swapped, see picture on the right. Attention: Only works with WLED version 0.14.0-b1 or higher. Please install this via "Manual OTA" according to the controller version. See overview of versions.WS2801: WS2801 and compatible. For most pixelstrips with data and clock line.APA102: APA102, SK9822 and compatible. Pixel type with data and clock line but different from WS2801.Regarding pixel type support, it is worth taking a look at the WLED documentation under official WLED documentation.Anyone who wants to support the further development of the aboslut grandiose WLED is invited to donate on GitHub. cod.m itself contributes financially to the development of WLED through a GitHub sponsorship. So every controller you buy already contributes to it.Important: We strongly recommend reading the Adafruit Neopixel Uberguide. There, many basics for the use of addressable pixel strips are explained. For the 1000µF capacitor and fuse recommended for each supply, we offer our Fused Pixel Power Capacitor Board. The resistor used in the Uberguide and the necessary level shifters for the data line are already integrated on our controller. The distance between the pixel controller and the pixel strip can be up to two metres due to the built-in 74AHCT125D level shifter. For longer distances to the Strip, we recommend our Pixel Range Extender.Version differencesSee cod.m Knowledge Base: WLED Controller - Versions.Additional Linkscod.m Knowledge Base: WLED ControllerWLED documentationWLED Controller (Wi-Fi) on GitHub Downloadsgeneralexample .loxone-fileV0.10Quick Start Guide/Data Sheet WLED Controller V0.10Wiring Sheme WLED Controller V0.10 WS281x/SK6812 5V/12V/24VWiring Sheme WLED Controller V0.10 WS2801 5V/12V/24VWiring Sheme WLED Controller V0.10 WS2815 12VInstructions and wiring diagrams for older versions can be found in the cod.m Knowledge Base: WLED Controller - Instructions and wiring diagrams.

WLED Fused Power Capacitor Board V0.4
Capacitor board with integrated fuse to protect WLED or digital LED strip installations. With integrated LED to indicate a defective fuse. For 5V, 12V and 24V installations.New Version V0.4: Now works with 24V installations as well. The module is designed to reduce disturbances on the power supply side as well as the voltage drops on addressable digital LED strips that occur with abrupt changes in brightness. In addition, it allows the supply to be fused with a maximum of 10A. Smaller fuses can also be used (2A, 3A, 4A, 5A, 7.5A).If the fuse is defective or pulled out, the integrated LED lights up. Due to the integrated capacitor and depending on the voltage, the LED may light up for up to 10 seconds after the fuse has tripped.Features Integrated LED to indicate a defective fuse Fuse max. 10A, fuse holder for fuses of type ATO, mini or micro flat fuse 1000µF/35V capacitor to prevent voltage drops 35µm copper layer on both sides of the board for max. 10A load capacity Suitable for 5V, 12V and 24V strips WEEE-registered, Made in Germany, Open-Source (CC-BY-SA) Contents Fused Pixel Power Capacitor Board V0.4 10A ATO/Blade fuse (red)DownloadsQuick Start Guide/Data Sheet WLED Fused Power Capacitor Board V0.4

WLED Range Extender V0.4
The cod.m Pixel Range Extender is designed to increase the usually short distance between pixel controller and digital stripe. The 800kHz signal of typical pixel types with only one control line, e.g. WS2811, WS2812, WS2815, SK6812, etc., is converted to a differential signal to increase the range. To do this, the signal from any pixel controller is fed into the IN module (art. no. 90065), where it is converted and can be forwarded up to 500m via a two-wire pair (twisted pair). The OUT module (art. no. 90066) is then connected to the digital stripe and the differential signal from the IN module is fed in.Great attention was paid to the choice of components in order to achieve the lowest possible power consumption. Due to the MAX3088 transceiver used, the current consumption of each module is just 0.6mA - i.e. 0.006W in a pair.In case of adverse line conditions, 120Ω terminating resistors can be connected to the modules by means of solder jumpers. However, this increases the current consumption. For further information, please refer to the data sheet and the wiring diagram.Features Up to 500m cable length Minimum power consumption of 0.006W per pair +/- 15kV ESD protection integrated terminating resistors, switchable by solder jumpers Made in Germany WEEE registered Contents cod.m Pixel Range Extender IN, Art. no. 90065 cod.m Pixel Range Extender OUT, Art. no. 90066 Operating instructions

Pixel Range Extender OUT-Modul
The Pixel Range Extender OUT module adds another output module to the Pixel Range Extender to multiply the signal. This allows one controller to control several strips in parallel over a distance of up to 500 metres. The controller controls only one stripe with (e.g.) 300 LEDs. By connecting the Range Extender to several OUT modules, this signal can be multiplied to other strips of the same type and length. The IN module of the Pixel Range Extender translates the 800 kHz signal of the Pixel Controller into a differential signal that can be tapped several times from the bus by OUT modules. For more information, see the connection diagram for Pixel Multi Out.Features up to 500m cable length Minimum power consumption of 0.003W (without 120Ω resistor) +/- 15kV ESD protection integrated terminating resistor, switchable by solder jumper Contents cod.m Pixel Range Extender OUT, Art.
